This Privacy Policy explains how Labs Learn Studios, LLC (“Labs Learn,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information on labslearn.com (the “Site”).
1. Information we collect
- Information you provide. When you join the notification list we collect your name, email address, the audience you identify with (Inside, Into, or From Labs), and the uAI school you’re most interested in.
- Technical information. Standard server logs (IP address, browser user agent, pages requested) collected for security and reliability.
2. How we use it
- To contact you about uAI programs, openings, and Labs Learn news you signed up to hear about.
- To plan programs—early interest shapes what we build first.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site (including rate-limiting and abuse prevention).
3. What we don’t do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for third-party advertising. Signing up subscribes you to Labs Learn updates—nothing more.
4. Sharing
Your information may be shared within the Labs family of companies (for example, Labs Studio Group and Labs Companies) to operate Labs Learn, and with service providers who help us run the Site and send email—in each case only as needed and under appropriate protections. We may disclose information if required by law.
5. Retention
We keep notification-list information until uAI launches and for a reasonable period afterward, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes.
6. Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete your information, or to unsubscribe from communications, at any time by emailing general@labslearn.com. We will honor verified requests within a reasonable time.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures—encrypted connections, restricted storage, and access controls—to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
