Welcome to Labs Learn. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at labslearn.com (the “Site”), operated by Labs Learn Studios, LLC (“Labs Learn,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
Labs Learn Studios (2Ls) is a studio of Labs Studio Group that develops educational intelligence through structured learning, applied training, and original knowledge—organized as uAI: Labs University, Labs Academy, and Labs Institute. uAI is planned to open in 2027; at this time the Site is informational and no courses, lessons, or sessions are offered.
2. No offer of enrollment
Nothing on the Site is an offer of enrollment, admission, certification, employment, or any educational service. Program descriptions describe plans that may change. Joining the notification list expresses interest only and creates no obligation for you or for Labs Learn.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to: interfere with its operation; attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization; submit false or misleading information; scrape or harvest data at scale; or use the Site to transmit malware or unsolicited communications.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content—including the Labs Learn name, wordmark, book emblem, uAI, Labs University, Labs Academy, Labs Institute, text, graphics, and imagery—are the property of Labs IP, LLC, managed by way of Labs IP - Management, LLC, or its licensors, and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not use them without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing of the Site.
5. Submissions
Information you submit through the Site (such as the notification form) must be accurate and yours to share. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party links
The Site links to other Labs properties and third-party sites (for example, LinkedIn). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Limitation of liability
